Step 4: Planting
If it is determined that a tree can be planted on your boulevard the invoice for 1/3 the total cost of the tree will be sent out after the tree is planted. If you would like any changes to be made to your tree request (cancelation, species selections, etc.) it must be done 1 month before planting begins
The price that you pay for a tree includes a full planting service. In spring, planting begins in mid May and continues though June. In fall, planting begins in September and continues through November. To maintain an efficient planting route we cannot accommodate specific scheduling requests.
Trees planted through the TSP are generally 8-12 feet in height. They are young trees with a trunk diameter of anywhere between 50-60mm (2-2.5") and weigh close to 180kg (400 lbs) each with its root ball and wire basket.
