My front boulevard qualifies to have a TSP tree planted based on the Minimum Space Requirements in Step 2. If it is determined that a tree can be planted on my boulevard I agree to pay for 1/3 the total cost ($150) to have a large caliper tree planted within the year. If my tree request is to be cancelled it must be called in by April 1 (for the spring plant) and September 1 (for the fall plant).
